Cocatrel is a very large co-op of 7,000 growers in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. It is distinctive for its very unique fragrance, aroma, and flavor notes. Created here as a medium roast, the ground coffee produces a mix of nuts, chocolate, and caramel. "NUTELLA CARMELO CACAO" is being roasted in extremely limited quantity and is being offered here as an experimental roast. We are currently roasting to city+ and are achieving a beautiful cup enhanced by its balanced acidity and body.
